My one which is not this one is pretty good. It seals ok etc and I think the key thing is keeping the seal area dry and the bag type. I actually use the zip loc bags and effectively cut the top off.

Jim, I couldn't possibly, I am an upstanding pillar of the community! I have just opened my second litre of Salt-x for post Alderney scrub down. So, the first lasted 4 yrs, and I use it after every trip (though for some it won't be many!!!!!!).
