Whatever you want mate mark wise, then it will be tides and tactics to work out. But being in the right place is the first part. I'm not familiar with Smuts out of Poole, but near Lymington yes! I'll did out some day marks and ping them over. R

Assume you users know: The local authority will close the bridge to motor vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians from 7pm on Sunday, May 14, until 7pm on Thursday, May 25. A revised bridge lifting timetable will be in place for vessels using backwater channel during the work. R

20+ years old (maybe 25+), 5 units have blown in the last 12 months. some of the fanlights are going brown inside. The openers have always been pita the open / slam closed. generally poor i'd say. R

Mal, both assuming ground floor and first floor................. no masonary above - the bay is tiled - just a standard Bournemouth 1930's house. R

Seen on Facebook , washed up at Lepe. There is a video of it the day before it washed up, of it struggling in the shallows. Interesting times!!
