Thats it! - Ive finally ended my search! - I went down to the Marina today - and bought my new boat! A 2001 Warrior 165. Mariner 50hp 4 Stroke. All in A1 condition! I had the local Mariner engineer come and have a look at the engine. He was satisfied that nothing major was wrong, and she certianly run smooth while I was there. Ill book her into Cobbs for next week, so hopefully she will be ready for the Weymouth trip! Her name? - ' Blue Warrior ' Dead chuffed! - Picking her up next Sat. The only thing I need now is a big car to pull it! Adam

Sounds fine to me Bob. I'd rather go out early though. A 1.1m at baiter isnt too bad - but martin will know how much he needs? - Didnt he say he had a slip permit for cobbs?? Wanted to get the whole engine serviced before I buy - but the broker and the seller are not comfortable with this. I can sort of see their point of view - after all you wouldnt get a service on a car before you bought it would you? They dont mind me having an engineer looking at it though on site. So tomorrow the local mariner dealer is having a look and subject to him giving me a positive opinion I'll buy it. The first thing I'll do though is book it in for a full sevicve at Cobbs. Right. Sorry to chance everyones plans, but it seems Sun will be the better option for everyone. Same times, same place same people. Rownhanms at 6.30am Slipway and launching at 8am LW (approx) 9.10am HW (approx) 4.20pm Paul D was at the slip 2nite ans told me that it is not advisable to launch at dead low as the slip gives way to sand and is v. slippery. Therefore Sun gives us an extra hour of water to get the boats in. Names we have: Bob F, Adam F, Martin, Dean, Paul D, Mark B. Boats - Neo, Maverick, Loyal Royal. Crew - (not confirmed) Rich JAW, Dave Mayne, Pauls 'Foreend' Are we all ok with this? Love Adam!!

I struggle to keep an eye on my calender!! Damnn gunna miss that one also. May give beaulieu a miss - prob. gunna be there too late to get any major bargins. Dont need that much anyway. Personally I found that the items I have been after in the past have been way over priced at these jumbles, and for the cost of them new - you can hunt them down for very good prices new! (half of the stalls at the jumbles are traders anyhow!!) Adam

Pauls got me worried now! So I have Norton Antivirus. Will that help - or do I need to get the firewall and virus scaner package? I notice that when I send an email Norton opens a window telling me it is scanning my msg?? Failing that if there anything I can download (free)??? Or am I fully covered? ADam
