Have you try running it out of water with muffs and see if it's spinning in N? If it is, maybe the cable is sticking and you aren't really in N?

Several tests have been done on 4 strokes and new 2 strokes engine, all were rigged up on identical boats. Data were collected and compared. On the 90hp range Suzuki won the group with fuel economy and quietness followed by Etec and TLDi. Etec won the 60hp range (maybe because Suzuki didn't make a 60).

Adam, Agreed that the 4 strokes are quieter than the new generation 2 strokes, however, they are no more economical. In fact I am getting far better fuel economy with my E-Tec than I ever achieved with the Honda. Have never used more than 25 litres on a fishing trip yet and averaging around 1.5 to 1.75 NM per litre. I echo PD's comments. 2 Strokes are more economical in most of the rev range. Comparative tests on 75 and 90 hp found 4 stroke is more economical at id ringe only.

I use the gas range at work and the are super fast. I found that if I cut the lead into small pieces it melts quicker.

I've got the fladen 2 piece. It's fairly warm and keeps me dry. Since there's no inner fleece, I wear it in the shower to clean it, just hang it up afterward and it will dry quickly. The only -ve is that I feel the trousers are too long (or t legs are too short) they dragged on the ground.

I'd be very surprised if you can tow the 630 without a 4x4 or a very large engined car. A walk in cabin is just so nice on a boat, you'll never get wet, and no wind in the hair whatsoever. But can be quite scary if caught be a gust of side wind.
