This coming Sunday is the Cubs Annual Flounder competition - For those that can tear themselves away from the Christmas Shopping! Their will be a Hamper awarded to the winner and 'festive' prizes given to everyone that weighs in a flounder. The weigh in will be at Cobbs Quay - from 4.30 - 5.00 followed by the award giving for the Junior Specimen Competition held earlier this Summer Book in as usual - Kayaks welcome! 1) Court Jester - Plus Crew TBA

As discussed at the October meeting – (See Club Minutes - October) The prize giving awards for the Junior Competition is to be held at Cobbs Quay this coming Sunday – 8th December immediately following the weigh in for the Flounder Competition (approx 5pm) Prizes will be presented by the Club Chairman, Tony Deavin. To the winner plus all the juniors that registered fish caught 1st - Jayden Wald 2nd -Jacob Givans 3rd -Jack Allen Plus Lewis Allen and Sam Annear Thanks to all those that took part and to those that took the juniors out fishing. Thanks go to the following: Ian Jones for the bait tables – Chris Enstone and Nigel Allen for buying them. Our first attempt for this years Cod Competition is Sunday 10th November. Should the weather be against it - be prepared for any or every weekend thereafter with short notice! Please book in here in the usual way........ Please also note that the Poole Sea Angling Centre Cod Competition, which is traditionally held between Christmas and the New Year is earlier than usual - on 15th December, with a back up date of the 29th December Our Flounder Comp is scheduled for 8th December PBSBAC Cod Comp 1) Court Jester plus crew TBA (on each and every day possible!)

No - this is Mikes method of fishing for all species! Just alternate with different baits! However, it appears to be succesful Neal

Just got back from my holiday - It doesnt look like it will be this weekend I and then we are or should be into the Cod season! So unless things look like changing - this one may not happen. Unfortunate because I like this one - but we will see! Neal

Next Sunday - 13th is the Flatfish and Ray Competition Book in here in the usual manner - unfortunately I will miss this one, as I intend to be fishing in Cuba!
