Right then. I'll chat with Jim and settle on a budget. Not sure how much advantage colour would be? Perhaps going for a larger screen and/or higher spec would see better value.

Well chaps we have to make a few decisions in the short term so a few tips if you can from the wise ones. We will need DSC radio, sounder, GPS plotter. We have a modest budget so treat us gently. I've looked over the 'net' chandlers and seen the huge range of prices and capability so I could do with a tip or two from the experienced. Any recommendations for mi new darlin'?

Not a Wilson so far as I can tell. The hull lines are different to my 17. I can't see them producing two styles of the same length. Here's my craft, see what you think.

Nice one Mike! See you on the tide

Thanks guys . All sounds very pos. 130hp Volvo TD with 270 leg does 20 knots. a change of bottom end to duo I'm told would give upto 30 knots wieght dipendent. the hull has ratings for 40knots + in the paperwork. I need electric gadgets quickly as the vendor stripped them for his new charter boat. Whats out there chaps? I may not respond till next week as I'm of to hols this week. If lucky enough I'll get you a fishy pic or two. Tight lines Wedger

She's here chaps Makes my Wilson Flyer look like a surf board! After a full day sorting fish on the job, it took us 4 hours to run out, 2 hours horse trading, and 6.5 hours carefully back @ 05.50hrs, but I thinks she's worth it! No toys but what a body Built like 'HMS D' Angler' Opinions please! I'll post a few better pics and get one on the water for the 'members boats' section when I'm back from hols . (might get a pass to try for a Marlin or Tuna if I'm good )

sorry guys................ bad connection. will try again

I made a new pipe dropper today, just for the crack, and as it happens she's a beauty delivers your Magnet, or any other bait to just where you need it. On the bottom or even hit bottom then count off the wind up, quick jerk to deposit. Then back to fishin'. Built to about a litre but with sloppy stuff like Sea Magnet I'd say about 700 mls. Not for sale but similar stuff online. Happy huntin'

Made a mock up of one of those Aushtralion torpedo type side-openin' Magnet droppers today! 7 minutes, a weight, 3 feet of light grade plastic tube, two wooden bungs, (some sticky backed plastic and a washin' up liquid bottle) and a band saw. First class first time! If I have the time I'll make up a proper one for Sunday. Still think the plastic bag is great but a bit more drag. Plastic tapered pint pots of Magnet now in preliminary production. They turn out of the pot easily. Just hold in your hands for a moment, then gentle thumb pressure on the bottom with fingertips on the rim and they pop out. No waste & pots reusable. Your transom tube idea Charlie, your first shout. A few mammoth blocks still around but plenty of smaller stuff planed.

Just to ask if any of you are in the catering business and have access to 20oz paper cups? These are usually about 90mm diameter. They would solve a number of issues re Magnet packaging and delivery. Tapered and easily parted from the frozen product. Slightly insulating to keep the

Hope all chaps and chapess' who wanted to be in on the free trial have some already. If not, the next three days is you're chance to come forward.E-mail or IM. My new freezers arrive this week so storage should go up to 350-400kg. Let me have your firm ideas on package size. I've got the notes from previous comments but I know you will really start thinking once you're using the stuff. 'Tight Lines'
