Ouch ! Not good Big Col ! Sorry can't help. Although one of my neighbours bought one and says very easy to install. I think he said about £120. with 4 cameras and a box with a hard drive in it I think ? Sorry Graham, I think that needs to be done by you - - - or an admin person. Save the picture to a computer. Open Microsoft paint and use the resize option to reduce it down to - - - I think it's about 15K size. Save it. Then edit your profile and replace the existing photo with the new one. I think that should all work. Jim
