Sorry Graham, I think that needs to be done by you - - - or an admin person. Save the picture to a computer. Open Microsoft paint and use the resize option to reduce it down to - - - I think it's about 15K size. Save it. Then edit your profile and replace the existing photo with the new one. I think that should all work. Jim
