For quality and ice kept for an extraordinary length of time icytek/yeti you will struggle to beat. Though heavy and pricey

Hi Chris, Brilliant work well done, unfortunately I will not be there to help share the workload on the March meeting. We missed storm Eunice by 3hrs and flew off on holiday only to hear lots of damage to return to!!!! Apologies not to be there and have a great meeting, if someone could tell me who Tony is at the April meeting I would be much obliged π

Ye Olde Cod and Whiting Competition
jerry.shutter replied to jerry.shutter's topic in Competition Talk
Looking at the next 4 days weather a miracle has unfortunately not happened, as everyone has seen! The Cod Comp is cancelled, how ever if a miracle does happen and any of you local lucky skippers make it out, pictures please. At least this Christmas has been a little better than last year regards being able get about and see people. Happy New Year and letβs hope 2022 continues to be a positive one. -

Weather Report!!!!! The weather is changing !!! As as I type this Tuesday looks possible, I think the best idea is please watch the weather and skippers make your own decision with safety being paramount. Please post which day your fishing and stay safeπ π» Lets hope Father Christmas has told the Cod, tight lines. -

Ye Olde Cod and Whiting Competition
jerry.shutter replied to jerry.shutter's topic in Competition Talk
Dear All, We have decided to open the Comp one more day to try and find a weather window. Cod and Whiting Comp can now be fished on 27th 28th 29th or 30th December. I will post over the Christmas period the weather, but please use your own discretion and look carefully at the weather before deciding to fish. Please post which day you are fishing before heading out. If you have any concerns about the conditions feel free to ring myself 07866532766 or contact any other committee member for there thoughts. A very Happy Christmas and hopefully a safe and relaxed 2022 to all PBSBAC members and there families. Jerryπ π»π π» -

Looking forward we have decided we will go ahead with the Flounder Competition this Sunday. It is windy, but as it will be in the harbour we feel that using common sense and keeping in touch with other club boats we can proceed. Please order bait ASAP from Andy at PSA as I know he needs some notice. Usual Competition rules and a weigh in at Cobbs at 4.15, if any members are fishing other club waters, please be vigilant and keep up with weather forecasts. Please let me have any fish details recorded by 4pm on Sunday 07866532766 or let any other committee member know. Tight lines and letβs hope we find a Flounder or two
