  1. A lot of damage on some of those shots. Presumably it would be visible after commercial trawling had happened also? If so it has to be ammunition to add to the argument of keeping commercials further off shore? Thanks Stuie
  2. Results of the Boat Species Comp 2021 Joint First. Fisheagle and Loobie 1V Second. Reel Magic Third Kingfisher Well done everyone who took part over a glorious weekend.

  5. Loobie 1V had IAN Simpson on board who I hadn’t see for 24 months, he hadn’t changed🤣🤣🤣 and Jerry 2. We had a relaxed but busy day catching 18 Species including Small Eyed Ray LSD Black Bream Conger Red Gurnard Ballan Wrasse Baillons Wrasse Corkwing Wrasse Goldsinny Wrasse Bass Thin lipped Mullet Tope Turbot Poor Cod Tompot Blenny Mackerel Pout Plaice The most exciting thing about the day was the huge amounts of Mackerel everywhere, just like the old days, brilliant. Unfortunately for us the first of half a dozen Plaice came 20 minutes after our 7hrs fishing time. So 17 species. I will confirm results in 12-24 hours. Jerry

    Hi All

Hi Charlie welcome back. I hope to spend much more time in Poole in the future, I have been looking at the rivers for Grayling in Dorset as the winds seem to keep us on shore and thought the rivers a really good second choice😀 Jerry
  17. After many cancellations at last we managed to proceed with the Bream Comp. Far from perfect weather conditions or tide but well done everyone who joined in. First place. Alan Green Fisheagle. 22. Ok, weekend looks pretty good so, let’s try and run the Bream comp this weekend including the bank holiday Monday. Before you fish please say which day you plan to fish 29, 30, 31 and post on the forum. Its been a really long break since the last competition so try and get some good pictures when your out there, everyone will enjoy them. Make sure you give Andy plenty of notice if you want worms from PSA Good luck and tight lines,
  23. Things look promising for next weekend, I will post on Tuesday hoping to confirm the Bream comp for the Saturday Sunday and Monday. Heres hoping!!! Jerry
  24. Sorry guys, Yet again it looks like the weather has beaten us regards the Bream Comp this weekend. It does however look like the jet stream could be on the move in the next 7-10 days. If this looks like it is going to happen I will post again to see if we have a good following for the W/E 29th-30th. Keep tying those rigs and earning brownie points so when the weather changes you can spend more time on the water, and on a positive thought, the Bream are having a really good break to nest and breed.
  25. Sorry guys, on my different weather apps I have in xs of 20mph wind on both days so this weekends Bream comp is cancelled again! We can look at next weekend as the week progresses. Jerry
