Hello Mal, I am meeting Steve on Wednesday to have a talk about sea fishing for beginners, nice and basic before he gets to talk to the more experienced at club meetings. Steve doesn't have a boat (yet) but I will let him know of the support he can get from the club Safety Officer, if and when he gets a boat. I think Neal is going to propose you for the role, especially now you are a media star. I was thinking of running a similar rugby course "tactics for international coaches that currently only have one game plan". I believe there is a fair bit of interest over the Severn Bridge.
