Mark,
Might be looking to go out Sunday ( or possibly Friday PM ). You could always go fishing in the new pond
If weather is oK let me know.
PM me you number too.
cheers Paul
Btw. If anyone has accommodation, or knows of accommodation still available, then I will happily take a room. Was intending to sleep aboard but still recovering with chest infection, so might not be the best idea !
If I hadn't already agreed to go with Tony, would have loved to go on Manta Ray, her sound system is a bit better than the one on Serenity and the table is much stronger
Just read the detailed reply from Phil at Warrior ( it was hiding in my email ).
Unfortunately I was on holiday in Egypt.
I think it is quite telling that there has been no pictures and no reply since rathbone posted. I think you can draw your own conclusions from that ( I know I have ! )
Undulates are protected in that they are not allowed to be landed by commerical fisherman under the CFP.
Recreational Sea Anglers are allowed to land them but this is discouraged ( by our club ).
In Scotland though they have just brought in regulations which apply to RSA's which also prevent landing undulates ( and Skate / Shark ).

The club website is pleased to be sponsoring the kayakers raising funds for the Southampton juvenile diabetes team.
The two kayakers are kayaking from Southampton to Lands End in October 2012.
They are still looking for certain items of equipment ( eg. Flares / handheld GPS ) which may be loaned, so if any club members wish to help let me know or contact Peter French directly.
Looking forward to seeing them crossing the bay "en-route"

Well done on the turbot. Was on the shambles as well. Didn't notice Tom out there, I guess younwere down the other end.
Our day was slow with only one plaice and a dropped fish plus some herring on the launce gear.
Was relatively uneventful apart from my crew forgetting the bait, so had to get some en route and then had low oil alarm just as we exited Portland harbour, but etec was fine, but a little worrying being 4 miles out with low oil.
Still beats working.
