  8. Good luck Allan, wish I could join you like last time, but I cant😞 remember last time, you may need a bigger landing net. Or a winchπŸ˜‚
  9. Good luck Ben, I would have loved to have joined you but I can't get away from work (and I am the boss!πŸ€”) sure someone will be able to take up your kind offer hopefully. It may be a good idea to speak to Allan if he is going where I think he may be, and try and join him, but you may want a huge landing net! There might be 40 pounders to deal with.πŸ‘. Colin.
  10. As long as you have a good and safe day at sea Allan that's all that matters, any fish are a bonus! My advice is whoever is crew make sure they bring some top quality food with them for you, they should appreciate a top quality skipperπŸ˜€. My first trip looks like being the end of April or first week in May , hoping to take Frank out and may be catch a couple of FOUR lb bream to take home! So you have got plenty of time to research for me. πŸ˜‚. Good luck to all our this week. colin.
  11. Good luck Allan πŸ‘ look forward to your report. Colin

    Playing safe.

And does your wife know Brian ? πŸ˜‚
  16. No Martin, the lesson is simple, pay for the time you are there, if you go over that it's your own fault or you are lost at sea, πŸ˜‚

Cry-keeee, wonder what they will wear in the summer Brian?
  18. Think there having a pop at us Nige, but in the words of Jasper Carrot and his mole sketch, you can borrow my shotgun for a fiver! πŸ˜‚
  19. Thanks Charlie, Graham recond it may have been you and Dave about three miles or so out from us on six mile banks, it was fishing well there, (then moved in for a while) on the strongest tide but the herring were not there so not the whiting either, but he did go out for the final fling and found them again. πŸ‘
  20. Hi Neil, I parked at the thistle Hotel opposite last week when doing a charter trip, my motorhome will be taller than any van, I had no prob parking at 8.00 am, no height restrictions, go in and to the right wil be best for room, can pay by app but I think it easier to pay at the meter( 40 yds) in cash. Β£10 for day Β£15 for 24 hrs I did its quick. Hope this helps NielπŸ‘
  21. A fine specimen, wonder how old it is?
  22. Good day and good report, thanks Charlie, how far out did you go to the wreck? Thanks, Colin.
  23. Hi Graham, yes I spotted it at tea time when I came in from work, it seam to come from nowhere, on metcheck Saturday seams to be the best day at the moment but it could all change, I spoke to one member earlier and will update my thoughts tomorrow, includeing speaking to another member tomorrow, I don't think I will bring my boat down but iam considering hiring a charter boat, so will be talking to kieth In the morning on the subject all being well. Best wishes Colin.
