  5. Nigel All fish recorded in our main book are accessible online http://www.pbsbac.co.uk/ipb/topic/5768-view-reports-here/ Only fish that members have bothered to report will be in here but can give a good indication of what's about and when. The only thing with using data like this is it doesn't take account that the club is much larger now than back in 92 also we have some superb anglers in the club now, not that we didn't back in the beginning but we do have a lot more good anglers now Martin
  6. May be of interest to some of our kayak members: http://www.hobiecatcentre.co.uk/?utm_source=Hobie+Centre&utm_campaign=95bdcb9709-Hobie_Centre_Event_News5_29_2013&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_653e1c0c0d-95bdcb9709-318475669
  7. Done
  8. I think you will find it is a requirement to have 3rd party insurance to use a boat in Poole harbour and probably all other Harbours. Some slipways require sight of insurance cover but I don't believe any in Poole ask for proof of cover.
  9. Some decent looking Bass there well done Martin
  10. I can confirm this as I also logged out and tried viewing the gallery successfully
  11. Apologies from me also as were away this weekend
  12. Happy birthday James have a goodun matey Martin
  13. Lol made me jump
  14. All the best Allan have a great day Martin
  15. Agree with Neal by putting larger engine in all you would gain would be a larger fuel bill with very little if any additional speed. Ideal boats for pottering around the harbour maybe down to the pier or Old harry but would take forever to get anywhere else. Martin
  16. Good luck with the sale Dave, what you after? Martin
  17. Well you kept that one quite. Congrats on getting the replacement boat I'm sure you'll have great fun with her. The 925 is on my shortlist so would like to take a peak sometime if that's ok? Interesting that you found the Rodman 900 wanting in some areas as that's another boat on my shortlist......well short long list actually Martin
  18. W/NW winds will be blowing more or less straight off the shore but might be a little blowy however ok close in say up to 2 miles but getting more un pleasant the further of you go (obviously) Martin
  19. Welcome to the club Nick. I have updated your forum status so you now have full access to all areas of the site. By taking full advantage of membership your learning curve will be much improved, volunteer for everything and come to a meeting or two and meet the lads, most of them are friendly....honest. Martin Club general dogs body
  20. Surely it would have to be the Great British Bull Dog/Huss
  21. BTW updated your forum status to that of club member so now you have access to all areas
  22. Welcome to the club proper Dave. I took no notice at all of your tips last night so you will at least have one customer Martin
  23. Thanks Paul you're a star, enjoy your holiday Martin
  24. Nice one Carol....Mike (chief netter) keep up at the back please
  25. Reading Adams and others reports I'm sort of glad I wasn't around at the weekend. Still watched some nautical fun and games with boats going into a lock into a marina in Hull, the bridges in Poole cant hold a candle up to the fun peeps have in locks
