  8. Rich To be elligible for the BASS sponsored part of the comp it is indeed catch and release but for the club part of the comp (and BFM) it is to our normal rules ie if its over the minimum size you may keep or release. Martin
  9. Tom We operate a 2 hook rule in our comps. You can either fish two hooks on one rod or 1 hook on each of 2 rods. No other rods must be employed for the duration of the comp. A pennel rig counts as 1 hook but both hooks of the rig must be in the same bait, similarly treble hooks count as 1 hook although I would ask Charlie to clarify wether two trebles in a lure would count as 1 or 2 hooks For future ref the rules can be found on our 2007 comp dates sheet which is accessible on our home page or here Martin
  10. Mike you can weigh in what ever you want ie no elligible minimum size but you must still return all undersize fish as it is illegal to retain fish beneath that. Same rules as apply to all our other species comps really. Martin
