  1. Glad you got through the storm safely Mike and if the worst that happens is that you get a soaking then it aint to bad. I know how you must have felt having been caught out a few times myself. It will happen to all of us at some point so others should take heed and ensure your kit is 1 on the boat and 2 is in working order Stay safe Martin
  2. Nikid Wimmin? Mad Mike Mike calm down put your tongue away and stop drooling Martin

  9. Hi Dave Thanks for that. Where you been we missed you Martin
  10. Nice one Andy There seems to be a lot of these 5lb fish around this year, about time I bagged meself one Martin
  11. or wearing a club T shirt or cap?
  12. Well done Steve for taking the advice and putting it into action with the results to prove the theory works. Fantastic fish, must of impressed the other half no end Seriously though it goes to show that the club and its home on the net is a really worthwhile resource for small boat anglers and its users/members are it's best advert. Keep it up Martin
  13. Charlie You will obviously have to fit the transducer off centre and away from the engine. The transducer needs clean water and by that I mean no air bubbles in the water or other turbulence. Look under the boat and see if any bits stick out of the hull that could cause turbulence. The cleanest area forward of your proposed transducer location will give the best trouble free picture If you would like me to pop up just shout Martin
  14. Jason I occasionally need crew and post here when I do. If you see a post from me please apply. Not sure how you would get on the boat but we can work it out Martin
  15. Nice one Paul glad your all sorted and up and running again Martin
  16. Received an email today giving info on this item: "Hi MARTIN Info for the club "CHERRIES" BOAT SHOP is closing down 20% off every thing maybe a few bargains if club members are interested @ WIMBORNE RD MOOREDOWN regards Eddie." You never know there maybe some bargains available
  17. Well done Andy, it's so nice when a plan actually works Martin
  18. Hi Simon Good to hear you are still getting out in the yaks and catching fish Martin
  19. Billy Correct almost So long as the boat takes no fares and guests are all fishing as non patrons and assuming the said boat is under 35' (club maximum size) then yes fish can be recorded for club records, fish of the month etc. So if Sam was on Flamer which was full of none paying anglers ie: not on a charter then any fish he caught would be elligible for recording, and yours if you had any I think that covers it all but am sure Charlie will be along at some point and put us both right Forgot to say in my earlier post "WELL DONE SAM" Martin
  20. Hope your enjoying it mate and that your not overdoing the porto Martin
  21. Yes please Tom More trinkets for me to look at Martin PS have you got the new 655 in Poole if so can I look plz
  22. Flamer is a charter boat so fish caught would not count towards species and monthly comps. Sorry Sam (little Billy) Martin
  23. Well Done Scott, seems like those bass are in numbers this year, shame I can't find many Martin PS would help if I went out more I suppose
  24. Glad to hear Rob is back he has been a friend to htis club in the past, in particular he helped Bob F put together an article which is on our site Blonde Ray Take a look well worth reading Martin
