  1. As you will know AA is closing. Their last day of trading is next Tuesday.
  2. 😂
  3. It has been good and poor in the past. the New stuff is not worth bothering with, look online whilst you are there. Force4 often same price or cheaper - plus you get a warranty, reciept from F4 and can take it back is needed! We as a Club had a stand there once, we all took stuff to sell, swapped it between ourselves and took stuff home to fill the space we had just cleared! R

Sorry to hear this Matt. We had some fun times. I will always remember you two snagging the landing net for each other on feathers (not on purpose of course) when we hit that wreck with a load of bass up high in the water in the way back from a good Alderney adventure. Shame I never made it on to Redfin to fish, we got as close as a car full of kit, load of ice and a a dry up watching the wind. Condolences to you Matt and the rest of your family. Rob
  5. I think Boblin and Otter have it. BIGCol and Wedger are the skippers.

  15. I heard 3 weeks ago there were loads around Dartmouth!
  16. The water issue is more about getting the inside of the bag moist before sealing (don't go there!). I buy long bags that have the rough texture that allows it to draw the air out (as shown in your link Steve) - the longer bag allows the neck to be folded back, thus allowing the inside edge of the bag to remain clean and dry when place the contents in. R
  17. I use a £20 lidl one I bought years ago. Then buy large bags off eBay that I can cut small if needed. Using the rolls of plastic I found a pain. I would not.want to mess with cuttle at home, good luck.eith that!!!! Sent from my Moto G (4) using Tapatalk

  24. Saw this via Steve Porter: http://undulateray.uk/ Looks interesting - perhpas they have enough info to come talk at one of our club meetings? " The undulate ray can still be found along the Jurassic Coast, but little is known about their habits and movements in the wild. This project is to explore the lifestyle of the undulate ray. ... but we need your help. " SteveL - i think you have caught the same undulate a couple of times! R
  25. At the trunk of the tide, we swang awkwardly so packed up for an early bath. The other 2 boats headed in just before us. Cold but triumphant we thumped / surfed back in and then opened her up in the harbour @ 32knts. Cheers Graham, fish pie and bread crumb & parmesan topped fillets for us this week. R
