I think your supplier is trying to wrong foot you. The new gen 2 strokes are here to stay, while the old 2 strokes are illegal, only to make but not for sale or old ones. Yes it might be that one day they will ban even the new 2 stroke (personally I can't see it) but such ban are usually no restrospective, only on newly made engines.

How does the smoke bomb tingy work? Is it a proper bomb or just makes lots of smoke in the kitchen?

I have a couple of mice in my garage, but (touch wood) they have't been at my rods or tackles yet. They have been at some flour I keep in the garage tho.

Do you want one that charges a battery or one merely keeps a charged battery topped up? If it's the latter, a cheapie solor panel costing little over a tenner will work. I have one in the garage connected to the bike and it works.

Take some travel sickness tablets, like Sturgeron or something. They work really well, especially if taken well in advance.

Does waterproof grease make any difference of not? I have a customer who work at the council depot on the refuse truck and gritting lorries, and they have waterproof grease because all the wet and salt on them.

I would think it's more for shallow water trolling or spinning, however I've used a similar one on a portland rig and it caught bass, so I guess it was as good as any storm lure. ps you can also get them on ebay.
