  1. The point was, that I obviosly talked it up so much everyone developed the same plan. and to be honest once we were all there it would not fish. Not moaning as I returned the favour later in the same day on another lump, that we went to to drift at slack tide. It would perhaps be better to be more open with each other regarding which wrecks we are targetting so that we spread about more. It would have stopped me crowding that later one. It would work OK as long as we are all willing to share the catch info afterwards. Charlei
  2. Not much of a secret then its what we usually do. Just doing what others do, Adam I should learn from Alderney, where we discussed plans so much 6 of us arrived at the same wreck. Charlie

  8. Nice one Graham I hope you have loads of fun on her and we look forward to seeing you afloat. Now add your name to teh 48 hr comp list and get a win to start her off. Tight lines Charlie
  9. It would be good to compare the signal from the same boats one with and one without the baguette holders fitted, then perhaps get one to put up a proper Radar reflector as well If I am out I would be happy to do that for you. and I have a radar reflector on a pole that could be used. A couple of times on the alderney trip when close to boats in poor vis, it was obvious that some had a much better Radar reflection than others, and it was not just down to size of boat. If not before, it may be something that could be done on the Weymouth trip in July. Charlie
  10. You will know how I felt when the boys took the bot out without me now Adam I bet you spend all day thinking about it so much you may as well have gone. Tight lines guys Charlie

I nearly bought one of these when I built Great White, but the admin and cost of getting the hull and parts from Guernsey changed my mind. A good seaboat and nice lines, very popular on the Channel Islands Not sure of performance figures and I think the newer ones were stretched to 25ft I like them too. Charlie
