I got min efrom James at salterns he offered good discount and launch PDI sea trail etc I would also get the quote from the boat builder as some of them get outstanding discounts from Volvo Charlie

Hi Stuart Welcome back to boating and to the Club If you join in on here and/or at the meetings you will learn loads about boating safely and fishing locally. My other two snippets of advice would be to try and stay patient and pick days when the weather is good to remember/learn the skills. secondly perhaps consider a RYA level 2 powerboat course it should give you an excellent start to hours of fun afloat. Hi Bob I sold GW through Boats and Outboards I put the one photo in and mentioned in the text that many more photo's are available. I also wrote a few pages on word included some photo's and filed it on my PC, I then attached it to my short reply to all that emailed me from B and O. Hope that helps Charlie

If the engine has not been made with electric start it will not have the starter motor or the other associated wireing, controls, key switch etc It may well have wiring to run a charging circuit, but in my opinion changing an old engine to electric start may be more costly. than upgrading.
