Have a look at the ASAP Marine supplies or Lancing Marine websites you may find a match. They may ask you to email them the pictures. If I was doing that I would mark up some sizes and then retake pictures. Hope that helps

No need to take it off Graham we would usually rub it flat and make sure there are no flaky bits , then give it one coat all over. Good to use the same brand of paint if you can. A couple of things to be careful of; 1. The sacrificial anodes, fresh water ones are not zinc. Which is the usual material. 2. The water system will be full of fresh water not sea water and the freezing point is much lower. system may need to be drained or run in an antifreeze mix.

Very good tip about pre cooling the box. Which is why I do not leave mine onboard.

I will have a look to see what size my igloo is. and see what identification it has. It is a great box that keeps ice for ages. a bit better than the older smaller Coleman. I also have a smaller igloo that is the right size for taking to Norway, its a great cooler for keeping ice but the hinged lid is not designed to keep rain or spray out so not that great for onboard.

Thanks That is why I use mine on the deck into its own small tank , rather than leaving it balanced to drain into a sink as I see on some yachts. At least if I cannot get to the boat for a few days it turns off when the tank is full. I leave a greenhouse heater on as the unit works better that way.

A tough one this one as its a balance between budget and standard But Alans advice to wash them down and dry them counts for all. Like him I am a fan of the two speed Penn fathoms, I have two 30's for the tough jobs. I recently bought a single speed 12 and I like that too for lighter fishing. My go too reels are AVET SX and AVET MX, but i must say I have had to change the bearings a few times I still have a fair selection of ABU's that unfortunately are showing their age, because of the very thin paint scheme. Fixed spools I have some very nice ones that I keep for holidays and cheaper Rovex ones that last a few seasons bream fishing. to be honest they are not the best but they are not much dearer than the braid that I put on them. If anyone is planning to go abroad for big fish, Will has a Stella 1400 for sale, mint condition and unused.
