Thanks for the rapid response Guys
Looks like Jim and Stuie are keen and available.
It will be a lovely change to have Members that have not yet fished on Alfresco onboard.
Lets hope the skipper can still find some fish.
I need to give the boat a spin, so I am thinking of going on Saturday.
Target probably some whiting if I can find them on these tides.
Currently no crew, so if anyone would like to come, please get in touch.

Nice Trevor
Where did you get the material, I could do with a large piece at home for when I clean and fillet fish in my garage.
I currently use two boards pushed together and the snot gets between them.😜
Well done guys
Sorry that chatting to Steve and I at the meeting set you up for this Rob.
Its a fantastic experience, but is a little like hard work.
Like you we could not bear to miss the opportunity of this amazing fishery in the UK.
We stayed in a guest house overnight to be fresh on the day and enjoy a night in town before a relaxed drive back. All adds to the fun of the trip as far as I am concerned. But the younger chaps probably have to get home to their families.

One of the large motor boats berthed at work has just had a new radar fitted, as part of a new system install.
The owner is offering the old 18" 2KW scanner for sale, it was professionally removed by Mark Porter of Seacraft Marine and was in good working order when removed recently.
It comes with manuals.
I have asked for more details and will post when they arrive.
He is asking £250.00
If anyone is interested I can put you in touch to confirm more details and get together to have a look.

Trouble with trying to edit after the recent Falmouth trip is running out of space on the laptop and expansion drive.
Can anyone recommend a good external storage/expansion drive?
