The best way to see posts left since your last visit is the "View New Content" button top right of the page, this will show all posts you have missed. There is also a box on the right hand side of the page entitled Recent Topics, this give the last 5 entries. Personally I find the View content button most useful and did with the old site. Well done Paul it's all coming together now One problem I found was that some forum headings such as lounge, jokes,recipes and forum and site talk were not showing to members. Investigated and found that permissions had not been set so I went through and ticked the appropriate boxes and now all showing again. There are one or two other headings but I don't think they are really necessary so will leave unless anyone notices

Today I created my first forum headings in our new home. So if you advertise for sale items or wants it'll be in a heading I created I think I am going to like it in here

Looking good so far I could not get the forgot password to work it went through the motions but didn't send an email. I then tried the log in using facebook button and got straight in without creating a password. Martin

Jason For a couple of weeks you should be fine. When we have had our boat in the water over Christmas or cruising periods not growth just maybe a little slime. Our yard always power wash on taking the boats out so you go back in the rack as clean as a whistle Martin

Charlie I have HD radar and although its very good I rarely use the overlay feature as it doesn't always line up with the plotter properly. Seek out Matt as he is at the show. He is better placed to give advice than us on here Martin

Even that's to good for them Just one thought on your insurance claims: could you claim for loss of other items such as loss of use? Reasoning is insurance purpose is to primarily put you back to the position you were in prior to the event. Your boat is useless without a power plant and you are still paying for its upkeep stack and store etc without having the benefit of use so you are in effect out of pocket having paid for a benefit you are now not receiving. Even if not you might be able to use this as a lever for a more sympathetic settlement. Just a thought Martin
