  8. Rich All the threads are still on the site except for a few that have been deleted where appropriate. To view older threads you can either open a heading, look at the bottom of the page where you will see: Showing 10 of 10 topics sorted by: last post date In: Descending order from: the last 30 days All the bold items are drop down boxes so they can be changed to your preference so if you change the last thirty days to another say since the beginning you will see all the threads under that heading. Another way and probably easier way to find historic threads is to do a search. To do one click on the magnifying glass entitled search, fill in your keywords and if you can remember who made the post their name, fill in the appropriate options and when your ready click on perform search. There the above should keep you happy for ages......happy reading Martin

  16. Corr a little technical for us fishermen types in it . I just chuck my 7.5kilo Bruce look alike with 8 metres of chain and 210 metres of 12mm potting line over the side at a scope of around 3:1 or more depending how far up tide of the mark I have travelled and it usually works for me . Gundry Marine of Bridport are one of the cheapest suppliers and deliver to Poole on a Friday. I haven't got their details to hand will try and sort it out. Martin

  20. I have at last placed an order for a new stock of club clothing. I have ordered T shirts, Polo shirts with breast pocket, caps, sweatshirts and new for this year fleeces. All items will have the club logo on the front left breast and the web address on the back of the garment, They will be available from the March meeting. Should we run out of stock I can place orders for small quantities and various sizes. Also various colours are available so you can kind of personalise your items to suit you, perhaps have your own name or boat name put on under or over the logo, just let me know what you would like. I will try and get a catalogue of all the garments available Martin

  23. The family 4 is quiet a heavy boat so I would think an engine around 8-10hp would be needed to give you any sort of headway. No good having something sat on the back thats pretty to look at if it wouldnt achieve anything Martin
