Barry Have you asked at places like, Yellow Penguin, Saltwater Solutions, Shoreside Marine etc.? They sometimes have trade-ins, you could probably trade-in your engine as well.

Have you looked at Rockley Boat Park? Several of us keep our boats there, my Warrior 165 costs £1850 for the 12 months. That's unlimited lifts in and out, no need to anti-foul, boat gets pressure washed and engine flushed after every use.
