Thanks Steve Is there a reason why more photos cannot be added to a gallery on the website home page? IE available storage space. I imagine that potential new Members would be interested to see them, to judge how active the Club is, when considering joining. If newer Members read this, what are your thoughts and views? It was a great trip through Canada Mal, not sure I would move there, if I did I would choose Calgary area. Some of the wildlife were fantastic and I wish I had taken a better camera as our friend did. We saw an Osprey nest with two birds right next to a main road, a vacated eagle nest by a large lake. But last years massive forest fires have really restricted the wildlife available close to Jasper, which has a great reputation for seeing some. In Alaska we saw whales, porpoises and seals from the Cruise ship, but being so late in the year they were not regular sightings. Surprisingly going through the narrow inner passage and areas very similar to Norway, I did not see any birds and fish action like we did up there. There were lots of fishing boats in the Marinas so maybe it was just the wrong time of year. Even though I only had my phone camera, I did get some whale video footage and a great bald eagle in a tree. I will attach them at home later.

I know what you mean Mal, Having just got back from a long haul flight and a very long day. Last night I decided to catch up on the Women's Rugby World Cup Final footage from the BBC. Even though I knew the result, I still got emotional over all of the back stories. OMG get a grip

Well done on the fishing effort Mal. Ref the golf On the last day, We had lunch in a sports bar in Vancouver on our way home from Holiday. The Golf was on and only one American couple [Sounded like keen golfers] were watching/interested. We had to leave for the airport before it finished
