Thanks for your reply ref the weather Dave, Are we to presume that this comp will be fished to the usual rules regarding times, any 7 hours from 0600, but fish to be bought to scales at Cobbs between 1630 and 1700. and that there is no minimum fish size or requirement to bring live fish to the scales. One more question Where are the fish going to be?? Charlie -
Considering how much sharking these guys do it was interesting to see no 13 was caught in 2002 and I believe no 34 this year. but I bet there are not many other boats around here that get two Threshers a year

Can someone let us know what the plan is regarding weather, prior to ordering enough bait to feed a lot of crabs Is this one going ahead anyway as its in the harbour? -
Hi Dave Wessex Angling used to have a chap that did rod repairs , new eyes etc He collects them from the shop mid week, repairs them and drops them at the shop a week later You may need to check that they still do this and if they do reel seats, now that Neal has bought the shop.

I will need to see if I can get any crew that fancy a flounder bash [At least there is no need to top up my fuel tank] I think Sam and I may give it a go. Can you please remind me if there is a minimum size flounder for the weigh in, or is it just a case of trying to keep them alive until weighing. Charlie -

Now that I use the tablet more than my PC at home, I am thinking of putting some nav software on it I use Navionics gold on the boat Has anyone got or used the android app on their phone or tablet If so is it any good and how do you transfer the information? My phone is a samsung galaxy S3 And the tablet a Samsung galaxy note 10.1 Cheers Charlie
