  1. Definitely do not add milk at the beginning. Take it with you and add as required. Even better, take a small flask of hot milk. I have a bean to cup machine which is not practical for filling a flask. However, a percolator or large cafetiere and decant to the flask would give you decent coffee from the start. Terry.

Channel 6 is the one the club uses, Kev. I'll be down Christchurch end from about 07.30. Might see you down there. Terry.

I'm going to be going out with a similar agenda, Paul. I have a plan based on certain observations which, as usual, I hope will work but am ready for disappointment. Perhaps I'll get lucky. Terry.
  5. I have to say, I was looking at Sunday as well. However, I have just checked again and ........................ Terry.
  6. What are you saying, Rob? That I've half inched some of the moulds? Git! Terry.
  7. Photograph would be helpful. Terry.
  8. I know you won't believe this but, I was going to add to the end of my post 'not even you, Rob'. Terry.
  9. Well. I'm perfectly happy with it, whatever the format. The fact that I appear on there comes as a complete surprise Today is a good day, don't anyone spoil it! Terry.
  10. None taken. Terry.
  11. I try. Terry.
  12. You can add me to this one one you get up and running, Dave. I was going to do it through S'ton collecge but missed the boat. Terry.
  13. I may be wrong Mike but, as I understand it, one is not allowed to purposely fish for bass in the nursery areas. As it is a bass competition, I would have thought the answer is implicit. But, as I said, I may be wrong. Terry.
  14. As a new member, we will not have met yet so you will not know that I am an up-country member. Where I live, there is no Indespension outlet so rely on the telephone and internet for my supplies. The contact I gave was specifically for Warrior owners as this guy is involved with the development of these trailers and gave me some good advice regarding the placing of the rollers. Different to the original and apparently an improvement. Maybe catch up at the next meeting. Terry.
  15. For those others of you with Warrior boats, I have a useful contact. I have been having issues with Indespension sourcing roller assemblies on my trailer. Suffice it to say that it has taken me since 9/8 to sort it. I finally got to the fountain head, i.e., the person in charge of the Warrior contract. He knows his stuff and is very helpful. His name is Peter Hannis and he is the Assistant Manager at the Bolton Depot; telephone number 01204397999, email bolton@indespension.com. He is very helpful and I commend him to the house. Terry.
  16. Ta! Terry.
  17. Have you got room for one more on Wight Magic, Dave? I will add my prayers for the weather. Terry.
  18. Adam, I get 4 compartment boxes in it together with a couple of spare reels, various packs of lures, a handheld radio, digi scales, towel, rig wallet plus reels of line for leaders and disgorger, scissors and pliers in the top sliding tray. Plenty of room. Just get the bigger size. Terry.
  19. Like Gary, I can't praise the Spud Dry Boxes from UK Hooks highly enough. I've been using one for a number of years now and they are great; totally waterproof, strong, durable and good value. What more could you want? Terry.

    Leisure Battery

Dave, I use an 85ah leisure battery on Stingray for electronics, bilge pump, bait tank, radio and pay about
  21. I fish fairly close to Dungeness and have accommodation so could be tempted. BTW, have we reciprocated by putting details of our open on their site? Terry.
  22. Not me, Paul. We were out there 'till 6.oopm. Didn't hear your call. Sorry, just remembered, there was a lot of rubbish going on and I switched it off. SORRY. Terry.
  23. Me too! Terry.

    Barrel

Unfortunately, the current barrel is an ex oil drum with the top cut out of it and cleaned. I don't think a lid would fit it as it isn't made for it. Nice thought though, thanks for that. Terry.

    Barrel

Exactly that, Trev. I believe they are usually used for food stuffs rather than oils, etc. Here's hoping for success. Terry.
