Sorry Mike,I lost the keys to my { ? } wheelclamp.as named by yourself.It was securely and correctly attached,and less than 12 months old. I let the tyre down and got it off with a large screwdriver.I complained at the Caravan show to the same company's sales rep who said." Ah well ,you get what you pay for " Moral ? I often take my child out with me fishig [i have to really,it's his boat ] but at least he is as crap at fishing as me,so I don't have to put up with ridicule..jack

As I mustly use those 8/0 circle hooks and 100 lb plus line,I suppose they won't work for me,meaning I could catch less fish.I will have to think about this new innovation. jack

My daughter has just returned from an all incusive holiday in Cuba [not a cheapy either ]. she says NEVER AGAIN ! Hotel grubby; Staff unbelievably rude and offhand. Meals to school dinners standard;Many personal items stolen from room by maid.Management attitude= Tuff titty,we can get all the U.S. and Canadian guests we can take.!The yanks and Canadians were all permanantly drunk,sick ;rowdy and obnoxious..3 day excursion to Havana,was just as bad.Begging locals,muggings [not her and her partner ] and Filthy Hotel and street areas,just added to a ruined holiday.The weather;sea;snorkelling and fishing were O.K.BUT ABSOLUTELY NOT recomended for a family holiday. Next year back to Kenya....jack

Another OH so simple scam. As a sometime seller,you are e-mailed to ask if you will accept paypal for some item which you may or may not be offering for sale. If your advert already shows that you accept paypal ,why would anyone ask ?, I sent one of these to e-bay who say its a scam...dont answer it.! I dont know what someone could gain from this but they obviously do..I get 2 or 3 of these per month....ignore them...

Thanks Fella's I have several reasons for the Sikaflex route.. 1 Its the only method recomended by Zodiac. 2 the floor is White 3 I dont want any patch or obvious repair visible. 4 The floor is always wet,and it would be so easy to "scuff off " apatch when moving about. 5 The floor has a textured surface for wet-grip,so a patch would be difficult to secure. 6 and finally the floor is extreme high pressure inflated,it really is like a solid floor when inflated correctly as it forms a V keel like a R.I.B. And finally just for Tom.I let that info,re Bass catching just slip out,but as its in N.Wales it doesnt count....jack

Nice one Trevor,I should have known you would be ready for me.. NOW THEN can anyone say how thick/thin Sikaflex is ? I have my unopened tube ready to fix the needlehole [caused by a BASS spine ] in the inflatable floor of my Zodiac.I hope to be able to inject some into the hole,so that it will be virtualy "an invisable mend " I plan to use the needle kit that comes with printer ink refill bottles [heavy duty job ].Does this seem feasable ? will it be thinner if warmed in water prior to use ? or can it be thinned slightly without affecting its efficiency ? .The answer to any or all of these questions would be much appreciated..jack

Sikaflex comes in a saltwater suitable grade I think its 291 but there are others so make sure.Also it has a short life once opened so no peaking before you are ready to use it.I got mine on the cheap from e-bay,but it was still pricey,But you gotta have the right thing for the job !! cheers jack
