  1. I said the mincer was hot, not me........ If ya want one wearing a dress, ask the Badger 'e's game for most things.... .................I'm told.................... allegedly.................... I'm putting up these Mega Magnet Mines in barrels now. Much easier to handle and safer on the boat as they are sealed till you cut them open. They vary very slightly in weight 26-30kgs as it depends on the exact raw material. All full barrels are priced the same. They have all been enhanced with home rendered fish oil and many, many secret ingredients . The eggs should work well, I have had success with them, but I would watch-it-a-bit with the liquidizer gizmo.............worth a good go but they may be a little sticky............... Wedge
  2. Yep should be getting more through by then but there is an order list......... to which you are now added. 3 boats with several full trips to do is a lot of stuff chap. Should make it on time........ Have you got a date Tom 'One Hot Mincer'........... ............ if you'll pardon the expression...... Wedge
  3. Mmmmmmm. Maybe the next size up...................oooooooooooooor I'll cut a bit off the ends of two and glue em together...... S*d it I'll buy um....................
  4. Great to hear you're back home safely Bob. The only shell dodgin' you want to be doin' is on the beach chap.......
  5. I t'ink this one has nearly bin done to death ........ but I said I would look at net floats so here goes. Just one example so far but the smallest I could find. Tis 85mm long and 40mm diameter. piccy below, float test to come..... what-will-sink-it test etc. There has to be loads of options down this route for those who like to make their own stuff T

  13. Interesting thought Paul. I have a chum in the net making industry, I'll see what sizes of float are available.
  14. I'm in Tom....... Mi prof. chum of many year's ago used float fished liveliest lovelies to great effect, but I've yet to practice what he preached. This sounds just the job. Wedge

  16. I'm a bit behind on this one.. so what does anyone know about the application of duty on marine diesel? If... When.. & how much..... Wedge
  17. I believe these tanks (I think 7 in all) were blown up to clear possible hazard. I have in the past found 2. Both showed as a shallow scour around the outside with the body at the same level as the sand.........not very interesting. One of them, on our only visit, was absolutely plastered in small bream. This, I would say, was more coincidence than the effect of the wreck, but who knows .
  18. Most have been there at some time PJ.............me too................................ Otter needs a minor rep, but you are always welcome when she's ready....... T

  21. Happy Birthday guys whereza party @.............
  22. Fred we had a conversation some time ago re what to keep and what to chuck. Eventually of course the whole argument for conservations went full circle but some very interesting views came out. On the back of that came the bass scale collection and recording project which is just starting to get away. Have a look back into last years posts on bass. Rich J.A.W. I think started it or was at least the subject of should I or shouldn't I? Two major trains of thought........... in the end up to the individual, but in moderation which ever way you look at it I think was the consensus T
  23. Praps we should move this to 'recipes' before 'Mave' get eggie....... Seriously, I could do with further tips on Cephs as I am a fan when it goes well... T
