Tiddler sneaked out today. Stayed in the harbour. Tried various places, Up towards Wareham and landed half a dozen Flatties. The biggest just over 3lbs. All went quiet so I nipped over to Goathorn and landed a couple more. ( Just little uns this time ) Then picked up a couple of small Chequer Bass ( which of course went back ) Decided to try drifting in the entrance and got 3 nice Bass ( which did not go back ). Just before packing up, I picked up a real surprise ! a 5lb Cod ( In the Harbour Entrance ! ! ! ) Lovely day afloat and nice weather ( in between the showers ) - - - - - - - - YES it's all codswallop ! ! But we desperately needed a catch report on here so I had to make one up ! ! Forgive me lads ! ! - - - - - - Cabin fever's getting to me. Jim
