Could the Committee write to local tackle shops advising them of the club's support for the AT, and advising that we would appreciate their efforts to support and promote the AT in a positive way. Maybe suggesting they could push the membership via forms and advise them where they can get them from etc? What have we got to loose?! Rob

You will find you will get more torque from a new genearation 2stroke - ETEC & Mariner Opti do a 115 and I am always amazed how BIG the props on them are. Charlie A has an Optimax 75 on his heavy Shetland and it goes some!!! (I even manage some air when he let me have a go! )

Isn't a PFD a "Personal Floatation Device"? Like a Life jacket but wont turn you over if you are face down and unconscious. Basically gives you buoyancy, got a BCD Adam??!!

Adam, I think that guy had longer arms!!! (plus he thought it was an 18lb-er before it was weighed (I then thought my 13lb5oz didn't stand a chance)!!! then his came in at 13lb2oz I think!)
