  1. (As its Wedger in the purple t shirt!) Yes Sir, you have my word this is one of my own hand reared Rainbows
  2. I have had a Sunday fishing pass signed by the FPO. So am now looking for crew Anyone fancy smashing the bream club record and winning the bream comp on one of the best fast fishers in the club If not please join me in a feeble effort on Sunday
  3. Hi Duncan I launch my 165 quite often at Kimmeridge and as Adam said, avoid low springs and anything to breezy from the south and you should be ok. The slip is slighly steep but shallower than Weymouth but that just means you dont have to back in too far. Getting the boat out, again, I agree its likely you will need a 4x4 except when everything is very dry and high tide as the 175 is quite a heavy boat. For me like you said, great access to some good marks Good luck Gordon
  4. I too have just started getting a problem with the VHF. Running fine up to the last couple of trips, and now getting terrible interference from my sounder. If I turn it it off the vhf works fine. Why the sudden change? Does this suggest a connector not too clean? Advice please Gordon
  5. "Porno boat" Rob you are watching the wrong films
  6. One of my fishing buddies and a PBSBAC member Will Summerill won the comp with a 3lb 14oz fish and his fishing partner also won a prize. They had a huge haul of bream. A real red letter day
  7. I still went out solo, but was a good boy and had my life jacket on all day. But I think it should have beeen your hands that were sore from pulling that warp in and aching shoulders from hauling a million LSDs up from 120 feet in 2 knots of tide with 2lb of lead holding them down. Good day mind I enjoyed my company and quality time alone with Enticer just helps that bond between us, out there just the lapping of the waves gently on her hull, wiping her down when a bit if bait flicks on her shiney body................... Can you love a boat too much?
  8. All these boats and no crew. My crew have gone sick so I am looking for crew for saturday. Looking to avoid what will be a car park on the ledge and try the banks off the IoW for Blonds and a few spur dogs if they are about. Any takers? Novices or expert, just company for the day Gordon
  9. You are on my friend
  10. Well its Adam Friday for bream, but I'm still looking for crew for saturday, any takers?
  11. Looks like it was a dream holiday Could you let us have the numbers
  12. I have Friday off & have a pass for both days. Anyone fancy crewing on Enticer. Thinking of trying a bit of Ray fishing and dropping back in the afternoon for bream. Come on don't be shy. Just looking for company for the day, experienced or otherwise Gordon

  14. The weather is looking good for Friday / Saturday. So I have booked Friday off work. Looking to fish the banks south of IoW for a Blond or two and or a bit of wrecking Anybody fancy crewing? At the same time, is there anyone who could help me with any marks in that area. Last month I heard the 9 mile banks fished well for rays and smoothies? (9 miles from where?) Any advice would be gratefully recieved and used with discretion Gordon
  15. A couple of weeks ago launching with Alan from Mudeford, are these amongst your mad mates
  16. Will and I are out tomorrow morning on 50/50, probably leaving the mooring at Parkstone about 7.30ish. Planning running south out to a wreck or two for pollock and one or two snakes possibly drop in on on the bream on the way back. Give us a shout if you get out Gordon

  19. A husband and wife came for counseling after 20 years of marriage. When asked what the problem was, the wife went into a passionate, painful tirade listing every problem they had ever had in the 20 years they had been married. She went on and on and on: neglect, lack of intimacy, emptiness, loneliness feeling unloved and unlovable, an entire laundry list of unmet needs she had endured over the course of their marriage. Finally, after allowing this to go on for a sufficient length of time, the therapist got up, walked around the desk and, after asking the wife to stand, embraced and kissed her passionately as her husband watched with a raised eyebrow. The woman shut up and quietly sat down as though in a daze. The therapist turned to the husband and said, 'This is what your wife needs at least three times a week. Can you do this?' The husband thought for a moment and replied, 'Well, I can drop her off here on Mondays and Wednesdays, but on Fridays, I fish.'
  20. Dear Technical Support, 18 months ago, I upgraded to Girlfriend 1.0 from DrinkingMates 4.2, which I had used for years without any trouble. However, there are apparently conflicts between these two products and the only solution was to try and run Girlfriend 1.0 with the sound turned off. To make matters worse, Girlfriend 1.0 is incompatible with several other applications, such as LadsNightOut 3.1, Football 4.5, and Playboy 6.9. Successive versions of Girlfriend proved no better. I tried a shareware program, Slapper 2.1, but it had many bugs and left a virus in my system, forcing me to shut down completely for several weeks. Eventually, I tried to run Girlfriend 1.2 and Girlfriend 1.0 at the same time, only to discover that when these two systems detected each other they caused severe damage to my hardware. I eventually upgraded to Fianc
