Thought we were going the wrong way when we saw you fishing there and then as we were passing the ferry terminal Rich on Warren was heading your way. Still we carried on out to the Swash and had a productive day on the plaice, with bites from the very start, boated 12 in total. Just had plaice for tea and put a couple in the freezer.

Apparently they were stunt men filming "Expendables 2" in Oct 2011, one died and the other was seriously injured.

I'll be out tomorrow, in the Swash for plaice.

Just one point about Mal's post above, you need to be a paid up member to receive the discount on training courses. In your first post you say "no mackerel". That appears to be the general situation at the moment, although they've reached Weymouth, so hopefully will reach Poole Bay soon. One of our club members, Ian Simpson (username iansimpson63) has a Dejon 14.

There's a lot of help and experience available, we meet first Thursday of the month at Parkstone Trades and Labour Club and have various comps and social events.
