  1. Happy Birthday Brian have a good one
  2. Taking the boys away on the first dates, fishing in the sun so will probably not go this year.
  3. Just crunching some numbers regarding specimen sizes By a long way Undulate rays were the species with the most reports in 2016.
  4. Thanks Dave I may start a thread to see what others think. I hope that it takes a little more than one persons opinion to get them changed
  5. Well done Steve and Diane Great to see you out there enjoying the fun and games You looked busy on the boat a few times and it looks like Diane did a great job with the net and the camera Have to agree about the specimen sizes, its about time the AT looked into a review like the NFSA did every few years. I do not want to go off topic , so may start another thread.
  6. Great report and pictures Nigel As we approached we did not see you at all until we were a couple of houndred yards away. Happy to be polite and let you guys settle the boat on her anchor, before we put ours down. looks like you had it spot on with plenty of net waving and no need to reposition we had a busy day too but some of our quiet times were a bit longer. Lol
  7. No problem Ian let me have your number [i lost it when changed phone] and I will give you a bell in the morning to discuss what you fancy doing
  8. Happy birthday ian
  9. Small tide and a decent forecast has me looking to take the boat for another spin on Sunday The boys and usual crew are otherwise engaged so I have plenty of room if anyone fancies joining me for a trip. Not sure whether to stay fairly close and try for the all elusive cod, or push on a bit to deep water or a wreck for heavier fishes. post here if you fancy it. Charlie
  10. Same time , same reason we fished out of Minehead with Dave and Eddie James Sorry about the thread, shutting up too. Lol
  11. Indeed, LOL Not sure why I joined the Dolphins [To old to remember] especially as I fished a hell of a lot at Knightstone near your clubroom.

  24. We were out just outside the dolphin bank today (a few banks and gullies are easy to find where the water gets deeper) only a little bit further than sadler. In fact from the east loue buoy we passed right past it We had plenty of fish all day including dogs whiting two species of ray and lots of congers. Well worth a try
