pulleys are hit and miss, and the up until about an hour ago it would go forward and not in reverse. Now the motor only goes when in contact with direct power. heres a few pics of my wiring ball up!

I have an old homemade radio controlled 'bait' boat that is used as to 'cheat' when carp fishing, the trouble is that it seems that i have bust it by allowing water to get into the electrics when playing with it in the bath!!! (true!!!). I have bought a new speed control, but i seemed to have cocked the wiring up, as the speed control lights up, but no power is being transfered to the motor, but the motor will run with direct power. I have a small futaba pulley that gives it direction, but these are tempremental as all the wires are put in the wrong place! Any1 got any knowledge of radio control boats that can have a look at it for me? Many thanks Dan

back on the subject. I managed to wangle some from the birds account and am after an ariel, mounting bracket and cable. Anyone got any links so i can get one mail order? Or is anyone local to me ever go to quey west marine very often who can get me one as im never that way. I can drop some cash off if someone is planning a trip. I dont want a f*** off dogs b******* one, just something cheap up to the value of about 40 squid! Ive checked ebay and cant find what im looking for! Dan

i was out side the hq in Lymington (on gordleton mill industrial estate) the otherday and was trying to work out what was going on. I think they supply fish all over the UK as a food source.

It is because the pic is too big. Open it in mspaint, then use stretch/skew to shrink 50 % horizonatlly and vertcially. Save as a new jpg and you will be able to post it. Good luck
