Well done to all Members listed, there are some very good specimens on that list, every month except Feb it took a very good pencentage fish well over 100% to win. Any chance of a list showing the best fish per species from 2014? I am sure that it should be something that can be extracted from the catch reports. Charlie

I too am curious about fishing to world rules, please let us know a little more There are a lot in the Club that like me have fished serious competitions in the past and some that still do, so I expect that you will get some interest. Having seen the turnouts for Club comps drop off over the years, even though rules and times are aimed at making fishing easy and fun. I personally doubt that adopting strict rules and true match tactics would appeal to many. Good luck with helping George out Mike I would like to take you both out one day, to see the differance first hand. Not sure I will be wearing a blindfold all day though. LOL

I agree with Trevor 1 a day limit is fine for me, as long as everyone has to comply [including commercial netters and rod and line guys]

Some great fish in that list, only one month when the winner under 100% all others over 115%

Just because ot was run with no result, I personaly see no reason not to try again If some of us that fished last weekend can not make the new date, does that matter? Better to try and get a winner than just accept that there isnt one IMHO But this is a club so we should discuss and air our views so that the committee can make an informed decision So keep up the comments and help Neal out guys

For what it's worth re running the comp on another date would get my vote. There was some discussion on moving the flounder comp to allow us to fish steves comp, perhaps that is a good date
