Thanks Ian that sort of puts our fishing in perspective, wish we could get the men in grey suits as often as they do in NZ but if we had them eating our table fish I expect we would soon be cursing them. You have some better fish to target than sharks, but here the sharks are the apex preditor

Nice little boat I fished a few evenings on one of these in Plymouth, the owner took it to the eddistone on days when the weather was very good.

What do the other skippers think Shall we fish what we used to call Commodores rules, ie pick an area on the day subject to the weather and fish within a set distance of each other. Or just fish where you want and keep in touch on the VHF It may also be good to get the boats close together at some stage for photos and so the kids can see each other Charlie
